This will be your At Home "Snow day" WOD
For Time-
Rx'd: 75 '4-count' flutter kicks
75 Push Ups
75 Squats
75 Sit Ups
75 Burpees
75 Jumping Jacks
*Scaled: will do 50 of each exercise*
*Beginner: will do 25 of each exercise*
We will resume regular class schedule tomorrow. ENJOY!
